T’chell built the Tavern because his race had evolved to the point where
they felt they were perfect so they asked their lead engineer to
eliminate the dimension of time in their continuum so that they could
continue to be perfect in perpetuity. He did so, building a workshop on
the back of their universe which over time became the Tavern. T’chell
is very old. He has seen dozens of Big Bangs come and go.
