At Gunnar’s request, Sandy gets a mohawk and (temporary) facial
tattoos to go underground, working at the docks on MOSA One, to
discover who is buying the ice pirates’ asteroidal ice (Book Two).
She helps thwart numerous threats along the way, supports the
mission to establish a colony at Callisto (Book Three), and captains
the Osiris on their fateful voyage to discover why dark matter is
accreting around the Milky Way (Book Four). Ultimately, she and
Gunnar join forces.
